Move sample forms out of test folder

In #1404 preview files were moved out of `test` and into their own top level directory. We later discovered that form previews reference form classes that are defined in `test/forms`....

The tweets list is getting pretty long, and as a result pretty heavy, for some events. We should implement either paging or some form of ajax scrolling so we don't...

The tweets, photos and videos tabs should either be hidden completely when there's no content for them, or at least have a 'no content found' type of message.
