I noticed omnisharp started recommending configure await for every async method now. Seems a little incorrect based on this discussion. Has anyone else noticed this?

This is different from the existing `--expand-envs` correct? You have to send the vars in on the CLI or the env variable needs to already exist at run time iiuc?...

This is run daily, `0 7 * * *`, so I don't think it's a frequency issue. I think throttling would be a great feature to add.

Still a common issue for us.
