For me as well: no install.

Install: Win11: no, Win10: yes

My Win11 started working but I am not sure why (I hate it when that happens).

I installed this for a NAS I am building on unsupported hardware. Thinking I might go get a Window 10 LTSC license. Seeing more rumbling about MS not pushing updates...
