Need to fix issue where the influxdb 'flux' data source isn't enabled after a deployment (or grafana container recreation). i.e. you have to go in and click 'Save and Test'...

BUG - Persisting Grafana updates

BUG - fix issue with running Grafana with backing host-based storage. It's related to the influx 'flux' plug-in install not being persisted. Probably need to move that to be installed...
