Effectively, anything that is implemented through the frontend (non stylesheet). Spelling, synonyms are fine, but also site restrictions, language restrictions and other filters.

Was this meant to be a merge request against 2.0 branch?

Hey @SergeyStremidlo - did you want this to go to the 2.0 branch? It's something we'd be better off merging there and then doing a proper cut over to master...
