Parameter to State Mapping - Apply Filters and Sorting on Mapping Table

This would be a nicely fitting update together with the refresh functionality (https://github.com/RHEAGROUP/COMET-IME-Community-Edition/issues/1240) to improve the overall user experience for the parameter to state mapper.

When a user makes a copy of an ElementDefinition inside the same model, this user shall get the option to copy the cotained parametrs with values or with default values (-)
