Update of the popup fade delay needs to exit and restart carnac.exe

Hi, The popup fade delay setting is only updated if you exit and restart carnac. Save didn't apply in that case. For betatest 2.3.0 Greetings Steph

Show options for keyboard and mouse interfere

Hi, When you check show options in keyboard, you loose the popup for mouse even if show mouse is checked. It should be better to have both options settable independently....
