Volume slider isn't updated while a menu is open

Hello. If a menu is open while the volume changes on the server, the volume slider gets out of sync: ![screenshot](https://f.cloud.github.com/assets/90145/487832/0b791676-b96a-11e2-9018-b5bd512f8d92.png) The problem stands [here](https://github.com/TheStalwart/Theremin/blob/master/Source/MainPlayerToolbarController.m#L153-155), but I'm not sure how...
