I have sent a pull request some time ago with the lib converted to .NET Core (well, DNX still) https://github.com/ppatierno/azuresblite/pull/4 and it has not been pulled into the main branch....

I have just updated my PR #4 to include support for netcorestandard1.6. Lets hope @ppatierno pulls in the changes.
