For `noteheadDoubleWhole` and `noteheadDoubleWholeSquare` the `metadata.json` contains no anchor points for stems, they are needed for _longa_ notes.

I noticed `Bravura.otf` has no proper `.notdef` glyph 0 as is [recommended](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/typography/opentype/spec/recom#glyph-0-the-notdef-glyph) by the OpenType specification. It would be nice to add one. Thanks for all the other glyphs btw...
