I think first we need to improve a little the OpenCollective page: logo, text, information about how donations are intended to use and more admins.

It's not present in weblate 4.2.1 settings, will be implemented when weblate instance is upgraded to the latest version.

Locked is "locked everything" for me too.

Many desktop files have the same for Name and GenericNAME: ``` Name=About LXQt GenericName=About LXQt ``` so this would mean check all desktop files and all translations for same voices...
