Since I'm using the azure cloud in `tectonic_azure_cloud_environment = "AZUREGERMANCLOUD"`. It should set the right [Storage Endpoint](https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/blob/master/vendor/github.com/Azure/go-autorest/autorest/azure/environments.go#L125). But...
