I ran the update locally and checked few dates with gihhest numbers and the sum across regions is adding up nicely to match the overall active.

FYI, go 1.21 will be released soon (see [rc2 announcement](https://groups.google.com/g/golang-announce/c/REcCdQj1taA)), which will make go 1.19 not maintained anymore.
