The "gaps" in the data have magically disappeared for a week... but now, at the end of the day (around 6:45/7:00 PM), everything stops! 
I confirm, the portal records data from each individual optimizer 24/7 
same problem, since yesterday it freezes at times with no data, then it restarts sometimes Timeout fetching data
