search.html gets generated even though Search is off in theme settings

Fresh install of Publii v.0.38.2 (build 14204), default theme Simple v.2.3.1.0. In theme settings "Search" not turned on. Syncing website (manual) generates a file `search.html`

No real plural support in i18n solution

It should be mentioned somewhere (or fixed) that plural support is very limited. It may even be unusable for some languages. It only supports singular and plural. No 0 (zero)...

Doesn't support CSV

The current code doesn't support CSV. See RFC 4180 and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comma-separated_values process() in components/importx/processors/prepare/csv.php reads and treats every line in isolation and splits it with explode(). Please use fgetcsv() instead....
