@nfischer Well I don't think the problem is with `PATH` because every other npm module works fine. Even `cash` itself, just not `cash-global`.

IMHO this would be overkill and it destroys the single-responsibility-principle aspect of this library.
So a year have past and still you cannot specify your output directory per locale? I've ran into same problem, I don't need my directory to be `en-US` but `us`.
In reality this is an Angular bug. ngAfterViewInit does not do what it says it does in documentation.
