Investigate including keysend message for bounty payouts

Are we able to send a message or have an identifier like Paul / Ecurrencyhodler for bounty payouts that'll get reflected in the txn history for desktop? For example we can say sent from "Bounty Payment" or even better have a message below the payment with "{Title of bounty}" as depicted below?
