Replace old bounty urls from bounty profile view with new urls

Describe the bug When I click to look at a bounty from the profile view under "bounties" or "assigned bounties", I am able to view a bounty but from the old url. This is old being deprecated. The url that they should be using to view is this: https://community.sphinx.chat/bounty/743

Expected behavior When I click to view a bounty in those two tabs, I should view the bounty from the new shorter url.
