[Home Page - Signed In - Bounty creation] Component tests for step #1 post a bounty

Create a unit test for the home page for posting a bounty when someone is logged in. In the following areas:

• [ ] When I click post a bounty, I should be presented with freelance job request or live help (coming soon)
• [ ] I should able to cancel the pop up.
• [ ] I should be able to click "start" to take me to posting the bounty

Keep unit tests in the area of where the code is for this feature.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] Run unit test successfully
• [ ] Should have 100% acceptance criteria
