badges field on Tribe

New badges field on Tribe, that is an array of strings (pq.StringArray)

Each badge is in the form of {BADGE_HOST}/{ID}

  • new route to update badges for a tribe. This should be separate from the regular update tribe route, since it is a different action in the UI. Authenticated with the tribe owner of course

  • make sure to update the tribes.sql file so we always remember the exact SQL (and in the sphinx stack)
