Fix deformed image in thumbnail

Image thumbnails in bounty tickets are deformed - stretched to fit thumbnail format. Instead, images should be zoomed in so they fill thumbnail area, but without deformation. This means that parts of the image will be cut off, but that is ok. Alternatively, images can be shown in its original proportions, but with height and width limited to height and width of current thumbnail.
