[Bug] Inconsistent Log Out timing from Navbar and Other Pages

There is also a related bug, which is that my log in credentials appear to lapse and then leave me with a half way house access in the system.

In this example I am functionally logged out (e.g. there is no navbar, however I can still browse to my workspace and view it prior to suddenly getting my access revoked.

This also causes issues with bounty updates where it apears you can execute an entire Create Bounty Flow before realising you've been logged out and losing all work.
