Create dummy data for E2E testing

• 1 lite user (provider/hunter). They will create org, bounty(github), bounty(without github), add image to org. Assign hunter. This user also has super admin permissions.
• 1 lite user with 20 created bounties, 1 user with 20 assigned bounties.
• 1 full node user
• Github issue with description.
• Org image to upload
• Profile image to upload
• 5 orgs with 2 members each which includes org admin
• 4 sphinx codes in website that displays code in Get sphinx flow
• 3 lite users with 1 bounty each that has lightning skill tag
• 2 lite users with 1 bounty each that has lightning + typescript skill tag
• 1 lite user with typescript skill tag
