We need to provide a way for the tribe admin to see the history of a user’s name changes

How does it work now? A member can change their Alias at any time. The new name is forward to the admin, then admin forward to all rest of members.

Questions to investigate

• Are we recording that history in relay?
• Would we need a way to record that history on relay?

What should change

• Relay: Start recording history of user names in admin relay
• App : get history from end point and show it to the admin
