Remove the ability to join tribes that are “dead”

How does it work now?

• When checking tribes list, a date is considered 'last activity date'
• Based on that is the order of tribes

Clarifying term

• What is a dead tribe? The owner of the tribe has not posted in more than 60 days. If random people post to the tribe, Don’t move dead tribes to the top of the directory (sphinx web)

What should change? Remove tribes from the list? or remove them to the very bottom?
