After doing the `bit capsule delete --scope-aspects` then `bit install` i am now getting this error when i do `bit compile` versions: v1.2.1 v1.2.5 v1.2.8  @ocombe

when i also tried to downgrade to `bit 0.0.814` it is giving me this error when i do `bit install` angular version: - v1.2.1 - v1.2.5 - v1.2.8
