`#main.nf` should be `main.nf` as it's a retrievable `File` and not a concept. `#nextflow` should instead be `https://w3id.org/workflowhub/workflow-ro-crate#nextflow` to match https://about.workflowhub.eu/Workflow-RO-Crate/
