Returning an empty table seems to work: `return {}`

`--buffer_size` is misleading. From the docs: "--buffer_size: Change the maximum size of the streaming buffer (minimum: 10 default: 60)"

PlotJuggler unresponsive after CTRL+Z

I can confirm this happens on all major platforms: Win, linux and mac. It has to do with the event filters associated with the dialog.
