Thanks, I'm also encountering issues where some videos which are 1080p but when uploaded to mediacms the available transcoded resolution is only up to 720 somehow.

download.sh closes without downloading anything.

Keep getting HTTP 403 randomly.. after some retries then I hit the limit. :/

@ekristen Since there is already a default value of 10 seconds when it is not explicitly specified, I suggest to use the value specified in the command line switch any...

IMHO, I strongly agree that the default should remain unchanged when those command-line switches are not specified. However, a value of 0 for --prompt-delay should be accepted in any environment...
