Xamarin Android uses CreateInsecureRfcommSocketToServiceRecord to read serial data from the bluetooth device. Is this possible with ble?

I'm following the instructions under "installing" however when running "npm run dev" I get Error: Application entry file "dist\electron\main.js" in the "C:\git\kube-forwarder\build\win-unpacked\resources\app.asar" does not exist. Seems like a wrong configuration....
