Reuse cursor(sample) for all agents per trial

Since there is no need to use a different precalculated sample for each agent the cursor can be updated in the environment after each trial.

Add additional RocmLinuxGlob for e.g Fedora This leads to a correctly discovered GPU library in the log. However something else needs to be fixed as a cpu_avx2 server is loaded.

Fedora 40 has ROCm packages that install to /usr A few other changes will be needed to support amdgpu on Fedora out of the box.
