Updated the "security audit" section with details of a third-party security audit that was recently completed. Also, added Skyscanner as one of the maintainers of gRPC Core repo.

@lucperkins, sorry, that's the process for the grpc team to delegate the issues if no activity is seen for a week. Should we change it to ping you instead?

I think @wenbozhu is the right person to evaluate this gRFC and see if this is the right direction and features to have in gRPC.

@kyessenov, @asishrs, I don't think this is just a small fix. I believe the problem here is that go-control-plane does not support gRPC xDS client. As @markdroth explained above, gRPC...
