Thanks for the feature request! I do have a vague recollection that PAM also influences this (I'll discuss this with our PAM-person :smile:).

In ogsudo, `-E` actually disables `env_reset`, which means sudo uses an older mechanism for handling the environment: using `env_delete` to blacklist env vars instead of `env_keep` for whitelisting them. I.e....
