Can one of your add a minimum failing test case? We have multiple tests that do multipart uploads so it would be helpful to understand what is different.

Can someone test this again now that we've merged https://github.com/spulec/moto/pull/1707 and see if we can close this?

We don't currently have a way to do this; open to ideas.
