this also seems to affect the VSCode Dioxus extension. Block-level comments (`/* .. */`) are also affected; doc comments (`///`) however are not.
suggestion: update the [devtools wiki page](https://github.com/servo/servo/wiki/Devtools) to clarify that devtools support is currently broken
