e.g. `-c puppet` should work on the build host. Maybe we should just have the deploy script accept and ignore them?

To improve consistency, we should allow the -d commands to follow the same ordering as the rest.

Consider adding support for arbitrary classes when rendering for sidebar

Not safe for comments, but since mods can edit CSS anyway, allowing arbitrary classes in the sidebar could be useful.

Would be useful for allowing live time references further down the road.

Include date of invite in JSON view of contributor invites.
