设置可自定义运行脚本的时间区间

曾经想过做这个方向，但需要获取东八区时间，然后用用户设置好东八区时间上的区间，得换算到当前机器的时区，再设置，就感觉太麻烦了，没写，后来本脚本我的朋友实测占用不占用与被停机的关系实际是个玄学问题，就没啥动力更新了

装鸡的时候就会把时区改过来这种操作不是人人都愿意的，脚本操作尽量不影响原系统设置，所以过于麻烦暂时不考虑加入该项功能，有空再说吧
