Not only "Roles" change doesn't work, but any change to user profile doesn't work, except changing user to "Administrator", but afterwards it can't be changed back.

Fresh Install and it doens't work again. No changes are saved except if I set user as Admin, but afterwards I can't change it back. I'll test it later again....
