flash.to with dynamic ids

Titles must be shorter than 255 characters, otherwise, you get an error message that says, "No title", but doesn't tell you which bookmark it was importing that caused the problem.

1. print now requires parens around the arguments. 2. There is no longer a 'long' function.

Floating point issues are causing the grid boxes not to be perfectly aligned. Rounding the grid size to an integer should solve the issue.

Include timefactor, rows, maxlat, minlat and outfile.
