Upgrade to jpype1 lib causing crashing issue with SUTime

Note we mitigated the issue by pinning an older version of the lib

('Connection aborted.', ConnectionResetError(104, 'Connection reset by peer'))

Has anybody found a solution to this? We are see the same problem
