Thanks for pointing this out, I wan't aware of this behaviour. Could you please take a look at the second commit I have just pushed? It should preserve original behavior...

@oltarasenko There is probably another issue with overriding middleware options, I have to use proxy for one of the spiders, when I add `Crawly.Middlewares.RequestOptions` with proxy settings to main config...

@oltarasenko but that won't change anything for initial requests, would it? is there a way to specify proxy for those as well?
