SDFG deserialization does not restore the SDFG list

SDFG deserialization does not restore the SDFG list. Furthermore, the currently provided API methods (SDFG.reset_sdfg_list and SDFG.update_sdfg_list) do not seem to help in populating the SDFG list at all nested SDFG levels.
