Have you tried putting this into `before_start.sh`? You can find it in hubot's configuration page.

@skpy thanks for noticing. I've found that it works well if you're running `/etc/init.d/hubot start` from `hubot` user rather than from `root`. Starting with another user saves pid of `runuser`...

Did you try to unsubscribe all events and then do a fresh subscription? It could be old subscription is still in memory.

@webhamm Hubot is awesome, I just changed jobs and in current one we just have raw slack with no chatops. Another reason, Hubot Control is a bit of hand holding...
