Sorry, it's difficult to explain, and is best seen in the repro. I get a blank map on iOS with this repro, but I get a regular, completely funcitonal map...

So sorry that I keep finding all of these weird bugs, @pauldendulk ! Thanks for continuing to help me track these down.

Here it is, with the Android project. Problem is, it works GREAT on Android.. Ughh.. I'm using the same NuGets and everything. Does appear to be a minor bug, though.....

Some more investigating -- on iOS, it appears to be a threading issue, because if I lock the SQLite connection usage, it's working. My other point about the screen starting...

Right-- When zooming out, UWP does indeed continue to draw lower level tiles. iOS does not. It's curious to me why the behavior isn't consistent.
