imho: name should be `numberOfDaysLeftInYear` or something like it. because number-of-days-in-year is either 365 or 366 depending on leap-year
afaik, error is just proxied from underlying `request` method, which is here for http related errors this does not mean issue is not valid, imho it should reflect all errors...
