Seems like the dependent IDE version is stuck at 2022.3, and listeners were presented at 2023.3.2... Requires a version bump to fix this.

Edit: Changed actual result to the HTML that Dokka *actually* generates, not what the browser shows
I've created a (temporary) fix for this: jetbrains/markdown#177 @whyoleg can you(or make someone else) have a look at it?
