TypeError: not all arguments converted during string formatting

Just look at the solution in #22 . It states the error is minor and wont stop the algo from running

realpath: missing operand - running the run_[pyrosetta, e2e]_ver.sh

you have to give the path after the fasta file like ../run_pyrosetta_ver.sh input.fa tempdir1/ or if you want to store in current directory ../run_pyrosetta_ver.sh input.fa .
