Adding push notification on chat messages

Push messaging provides a simple and effective way to re-engage with the users and handle incoming push messages. It also helps to subscribe and unsubscribe a user for push messaging and display a notification and respond to notification clicks

I would like to work on this issue using firebase messaging and vapid api keys

I will need the fcm server id to actually send and test the push notifications.
