I can't test this plugin because of exempts. There should be an option to disable them completely.

Gets stuck when writing anything into the stream

I get any ReadableStream and use StreamSaver to get a writable stream and write to it using pipeTo. It gets stuck and does nothing, the promise never resolves nor rejects.

This program heavily relies on Windows built-in commands, which mostly don't work on other systems. I would appreciate if this is fixed, since I do not have a Windows machine...

It looks very strange right now. Looks more intuitive this way.

Fix mana display detection failing when the colors are the same in the action bar (quite a different approach)

`%0` doesn't work sometimes when used like `%0%random%`, it it normally interpreted as `%0` + `%random%` but this can't handle it.
