[Feature Request] Disable exempts

I can't test this plugin because of exempts. There should be an option to disable them completely.

give the player negative (false) permission node: ab.ban.exempt

Also consider properly setting permissions to begin with to avoid that issue on other plugins too. (Referring to giving * for example)

I never give *, yet negative permission (just for AdvancedBan) do not work. I do not need this feature anyway, so it would be nice to see this implemented.
